Terms of Service

By booking my services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Service. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

  1. All readings must be paid for in full beforehand via the Services page on LunaReflects.com.
  2. I do not offer refunds for my services for any reason. If you aren’t sure if my readings are for you, read my Blog or the About page to gain more information on me and my style of expression.
  3. You acknowledge that my readings are for entertainment purposes only, and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, business, or therapeutic professional services.

Code of Ethics for Readings

  1. I will perform each reading to the best of my ability with love, honesty, and compassion.
  2. I will not perform third party readings.
    1. This means that if you are asking about what another person thinks, what another person wants to do, or to do a Human Design reading for someone who is not you, I will suggest we focus more on you. Based on the information provided, I may suggest other possible questions that I feel may help.
  3. My goal is to empower the client with guidance-style Tarot readings. If you are looking for predictive readings, you may wish to contact a different style of reader.
  4. I will keep everything a client discloses completely confidential, unless the situation is possibly life-threatening. The reading itself will also be confidential.
  5. My readings are non-judgmental; I welcome clients of all cultures, religions, sexual orientations, and relationship dynamics.
  6. I will not provide readings to anyone under 18 years old.
  7. I will not give advice in areas that I am not qualified to do so; for example, if the client needs a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, or any other professional service for which I am not qualified, I will encourage them to seek the service from someone who is qualified in that area.
  8. I reserve the right to refuse doing a reading for a Tarot question that I feel I cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics.
